Daylight saving is coming, and a little prep now means your family won't feel it later.
Starting a few days early with small adjustments makes the time change way easier and can help everyone get their ideal amount of sleep:
Preschoolers: 10 to 13 hours
Grade schoolers: 9 to 12 hours
Teenagers: 8 to 10 hours
Adults: At least 7 hours
