As a holistic health coach, certified nutrition and weight management specialist, my role is to guide you in your journey toward greater wellness, energy, and vibrancy. My holistic approach means we will look at all aspects of your health—body, mind, and spirit.
Together, we will look at your sense of well-being from many dimensions including physical, emotional, spiritual, occupational, social, and intellectual health. Each part contributes to the health of the whole. To help you feel better, we may look at your patterns of sleep, ways to manage stress, nutrition goals, exercise, relationships, your sense of connection, and even your environment.
I specialize in empowering people to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle supported by good nutrition, stress management, movement, and healthy relationships. For many people, creating more balance in their lives is what they are seeking–whether that is in their food, relationships, or work life.
I am a huge believer in a plant-based eating lifestyle and also believe in bio-individuality, meaning there is no one diet for all. We are all made individually and uniquely, and what might be ‘medicine’ to one person may be harmful to another. We must learn to listen to our bodies to find out what is right for us. If it is your goal to eat more plant-based, I will use my expertise in vegetarian and vegan eating plans to assist you and your family in creating healthy, nourishing meals, whether that means you want to eat less meat, eat some fish, are lacto-ovo vegetarian (meaning you eat eggs and dairy) or are vegan (no animal foods).
My own personal struggle with health has taught me so much. I know what it means to be scared or confused or even frustrated. I also know how much I wanted someone by my side to guide me. That is what I want to be able to do for you. I want to be that support so that you can easily manage your life and your health. And I will do so with great compassion and understanding.
To take my education further, I attended Aveda Institute as an Esthiology student and am now fully licensed as an Aesthetician with the State of Texas. I truly believe that health starts internally and reflects externally. Thus, it's an aesthetician's job to be an expert in healthy, beautiful skin.
As a health and wellness coach and aesthetician, I combine the two disciplines, as there is an undeniable connection between beauty and wellness.
I view what I do as a loving craft where I plan to combine my creativity, intuition, and love of holistic wellness to facilitate transformation and healing for my clients.
My goal as an aesthetician is to help others set an intention, customize each session for their individual needs, and to empower them with the right information and tools to achieve healthy radiant skin.
