Tips are:
✅ Get your drink ‘skinny’ - this opts for non fat milk
✅ Order it sugar free - this one is pretty obvious but many of us don’t realize just how much sugar is in just 1 pump of syrups (average 80-120 calories which is about 20-40g of sugar)
✅ Skip the toppings and sauces - these can easily add 50 cals that won’t fill your tummy (but if you reaaaaally need it ask if they can go ‘easy’ on it)
