Does that advice surprise you?

Strength training is a great way to build muscle, which is an amazing way to lose fat, boost metabolism and increase strength!

Cardio is fantastic for heart health and endurance.

But, if you aren’t moving much cumulatively (vast majority of our culture), walking more often HAS to be a priority. The movement added to your day has a positive overall impact on your energy expenditure (more than that 30 min workout).

Walking assists with mobility, circulation, digestion, mental health… too many benefits to count! And it is FREE.

Add a mile to each day the rest of this month. 12 days = 12 miles and a big step closer to long-term health. ❤️😎

Memorial weekend is less than 100 days away!

Let's use that motivation to get busy working on preparing our bodies for the warm summer months.

I have a couple opportunities that can help you get there.

1. Join our Summer Prep Fat Loss Challenge at Victory Chiropractic in Webster, TX. This challenge is uber successful with the nature of meeting in person, group workouts and daily app use. If you are local, this one is perfect!

2. I am offering a Summer Prep Special for my virtual Strive & Thrive program. We will work together for 2 months (virtually) with zoom sessions, app access and custom programming.

I get SO MANY comments about them for kids ideas AND for adult lunch ideas! I’m all about a “modern adult lunchable”. Get a bento box, friends!
