Strength training is a great way to build muscle, which is an amazing way to lose fat, boost metabolism and increase strength!
Cardio is fantastic for heart health and endurance.
But, if you aren’t moving much cumulatively (vast majority of our culture), walking more often HAS to be a priority. The movement added to your day has a positive overall impact on your energy expenditure (more than that 30 min workout).
Walking assists with mobility, circulation, digestion, mental health… too many benefits to count! And it is FREE.
Add a mile to each day the rest of this month. 12 days = 12 miles and a big step closer to long-term health. ❤️😎
