Here’s how to build a routine that sticks:
💧 1. Anchor your workouts Train at the same time each day so it becomes automatic, not optional.
🍽️ 2. Prep your meals ahead Even one day of planning can keep you from falling off track.
🚶‍♀️ 3. Move daily It doesn’t have to be intense every time. Walks, stretching, or active recovery count too.
