Every time the New Year rolls around we all get ideas in our head of what we want to do and change, for many of us that includes health and fitness goals. A lot of times these goals we make are unrealistic and aren’t backed up with a logical plan. This can be pretty devastating when you don’t reach said goal and it can also be pretty lonely when you are going through it alone!
Luckily, I have created a small January program and community to give you the support and encouragement you need to start the New Year right! By simply making one change of eliminating added sugar, we will create a snowball effect of healthier habits and lifestyle changes to sustain throughout the year!
