In my quest to find another wellness Center in India, I am currently here at Nirvana Naturopathy Ayurveda Hospital & Retreat
Wellness Centre and Health Retreat Near Mumbai, Nasik.
Hidden away from the hustle bustle of life, overlooking a lake with the Ghats in the background,
Beautifully landscaped. The epicenter of the property has a beautiful Ram Mandir. Yoga twice a day, apart from the Treatments which include Naturopathy, Ayurveda, And many others at a additional cost like Ozone Treatments, accupunture, cupping, Physiotherapy.... the list goes on.
Spiritual discussions by Guruma herself once a week . Sattvik food that is so tasty along with herbal drinks twice a day and a afternoon snack at 4 pm. Post dinner drink prescribed by your doctor for your health issues.
Friendly staff and therapists .

With Summer heat, avail summer promotion on full-board accommodation where you "Pay for One Night - Stay One Night Free," which commenced on April 15, 2024, and continues until November 30, 2024. This concession reduces the full-board accommodation by 50%.
Another offer we have in place is the "One-Month Detox Offer" where you pay for three weeks (with the summer concession), and the fourth week is entirely free (including full-board accommodation and Ayurveda treatment).

Please keep in mind that we will close each of the resorts for one month for annual renovation. Barberyn Reef and Barberyn Waves are now closed (June) and Barberyn Sands and Barberyn Beach will close in July.

Today I finished my 2 weeks of and can see the difference. Clean Ayurveda food,, along with the Treatments I feel Relaxed and feel rejuvenated. Can't thank enough Dr. Gill- Senior Ayurvedic Doctor who has personally seen to all my treatments each day and changed few as per my pulse . I can't wait till May 1st to see the change. Blessed to be here at Resort, . 🙏🙏

A bed and breakfast family friendly resort and a Ayurveda center along side for the wellness travelers like me who like to combine both- A vacation and wellness together. 1. “International Regular Passenger Service” will be restarting on March 27th, 2022 from India.
2. No mandatory RTPCR checkup on arrival at the Airport.
