The Food Addiction Reset Community teaches expert strategies and provides support for controlling addictive overeating affordably in the privacy of your own home. It is based on research showing overeating is a brain condition similar to drug addiction. By eliminating addictive foods and learning how to make easy, beautiful meals, you can beat processed food addiction. The ARC runs online at www.foodaddictionreset.com so you can get support and help whereever you are. You will learn to structure daily habits which are the core of relapse prevention. Most importantly you will be in an active supportive group of strong recovery members so no more relying on people who don't understand. You will learn how to avoid relapse triggers that often cause traditional weight-loss programs to fail. Recovery activities will be customized to fit into your lifestyle.
