You can stay true to your 80/20 balanced eating even when you travel!
✅ trail mix and homemade pbj on the plane (I always bring mine)
✅ stay hydrated! 💦Sparkling water, coconut water, even plain water on the plane (the flight attendant will refill your cup 3, 4 times. Believe me!)
✅ pick restaurants with fresh healthy grilled chicken salads or chicken, rice, veggie 🥦 bowls

You are just 1 Meal away from healthy eating!
