My friend Samson Lamanna turned me on to Cacao Powder. I have been using it for two weeks now. The only negative for me so far is that It has a lot of caffeine, so I have to monitor how much I use.

There are however, terrific good health benefits.

1. Lowers blood pressure because its packed with flavonoids to help blood flow.
2. Reduced Diabetes Risk. Helps to increase insulin sensitivity.
