We are looking for a self motivated Bilingual Medical Assistant who is goal oriented and personable for immediate hiring. Prefers candidate with experience but will consider a new graduate who is enthusiastic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Takes and documents patient vital signs and intake information in his/her medical record
Conducts procedures such as EKG, blood draws, nebulization, injections, dressing change
Assists with patient examinations, procedures, diagnostic studies and treatment within the scope of a Medical Assistant
Phone calls, schedule appointments, scan, process medical records
Assist with insurance verification

Education:
o High School Diploma/GED
o Successful completion of a medical assistant program from an accredited school

Certificate/License:
o Medical Assistant Certification
o CPR Certified

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o Bilingual in English and Spanish
o Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with a diverse population.
o Ability to work with minimal supervision

Minimum 1 year experience preferred but not required.

Required language: Bilingual Spanish and English

Experience with EMR is a plus
