That still, tender space between who we were and who we're becoming.
It is not stagnation.

This morning I wanted to do something a little different since it is Friday, and I consider it FUN FRIDAY!

Many people often ask me what I do for fun, or more importantly, "How do you heal?" Let me share with you my most recent form of therapy that helps me daily.

🌾 There is something deeply soothing about baking bread. The rhythm of kneading, the scent filling the kitchen when it's baking, and the quiet joy of watching your creation come to life. 🥖 ✨

For me, it's more than baking, it's remembering the early mornings and afternoons I spent as a child in the kitchen with my grandmother, covered in flour (masa), watching her put love into everything she touched. I would watch her with awe and amazement as she put so much love and care into what she prepared.

Now, it's how I unwind, it's how I ground my energy, and reconnect to not only my roots but to my grandmother. I feel her presence when I stick my hands in dough, and see her smiling when I pull that fresh loaf out of the oven. 💛

We are constantly evolving in our body, mind and spirit. True transformation isn't about becoming someone new; it is about remembering who you truly are.

This was something I believed whole heartedly. I truly believed that the only way for me to grow was to become someone new. We've all believed this at some point in time. It's the reason we carry the masks. The truth is simple...

When you honor your spiritual journey, every lesson, shadow, and awakening becomes sacred. It is in this revelation that you begin to remember who you truly are.

Welcome Lightworkers!

If you are here there is a reason and I welcome you to my space of hope, love, and spiritual understanding. My name is Eileen Rouse and I am an Intuitive Angel Guide who has been talking and communicating with the angelic realm since I was 11 years of age. Archangel Michael came to me in a dream when I was 15 years old and explained that I was a warrior of light. At the time, none of this made since but I knew that the presence in front of me was loving, kind and protective.

For years I’ve questioned my own abilities and tried on many occasions to walk away but no matter what I did, Archangel Michael never left my side. Every time I began to question myself he would appear and repeat the same words, “You are a warrior of light. You are a part of my army. You can run but you can’t hide from your destiny.” I’ll be honest and tell you that I have never gone along quietly. In fact, the angels will tell you that I went kicking and screaming every step of the way. Some days I would accept it and other days I would revolt.

At the age of 20 I had a very traumatic event happen that shook me and shattered my reality as I knew it. This event broke me and it was this event that made me fall to my knees searching for clarity and truth. In that moment, Archangel Michael was there holding me in his warm embrace. It was in that moment I knew my purpose and began my own spiritual journey. I welcomed all forms of truth through books, teachers, music, and through this process I was waking up from years of sleep. For the first time in my life I was absorbing as much information as I could from all walks of life, including the angelic realm.
