Texas Two Step: How to Save a Life Campaign
A STATEWIDE MASS CPR TRAINING EVENT

The Texas Two Step Campaign will increase public awareness of hands-only CPR and provide skills training to community participants, instructing how to act quickly in the event of cardiac emergencies following two easy steps: 1) Call 911 and 2) Initiate hands-only CPR. The long-term goal for the program is to establish a successful one-day annual community service project led by medical students that will be replicated on a national level. Date to concur with National Heart Month: February 11th & 12th, 2017
Hosted by: Texas College of Emergency Physicians, HealthCorps, Texas Medical Association and American College of Emergency Physicians
Training sites: include high traffic areas in Austin, College Station, Dallas, El Paso, Fort Worth, Galveston, Houston, Lubbock and San Antonio.
