Our Story

Our Story

Patient Better LLC, established in 2015, as a tool for people to record care that later evolved into an entire program for everyday people to self-manage care. As the company progressed, we identified an obstacle that has impacted many online health documenting systems and could potentially impact our consumer’s usability as well. Our recognition was that without users having constant connectivity we could not guarantee that people would be able to share their medical information with others on demand. Patient Better realized that for us to stand out from the other systems and deliver a complete solution we needed to offer a “hard copy option”. In 2018 we took our product in a different direction so that we can ensure that our all of our customers will always have their health information within reach at all times. And by adding this feature we were able to open a door to a slue of benefits that were not thought of at the time.

Finally, in 2019, after years of researching, matching, and meeting the needs of clinicians, payers, and private citizens, we formulated a product that would provide a quality solution that everyone involved in one’s care could participate and collaborate at a price that matched our goals of affordability and accessibility. After diligently developing our concept as a personal medical program for self-management- our product was brought into the market.

So that today we can confidently bring a quality brand into the marketplace that not only optimizes at-home caregiver’s capabilities, enhances communication proficiency, but we can also keep our promise that our users will forever have access to their own medical records. Patient Better prides itself as being the market leader that helps people manage medical records and has transformed itself into a complete curriculum to enable folks to "patient better". Our product was created for patients (and their caregivers) to equip themselves with the fundamental administrative duties that co-exist with proper self-medical management through a simple, physical collection of medical data. By doing this, people are spending less time on the administration duties at the doctor’s office and have more time face-to-face with professionals focused on what really matters—their health.
