I just got home from a day at the Texas Dental Association annual meeting in San Antonio. Attended two different seminars. One was about using dental implants to retain a full denture that is fixed to the implants with screws. Amazing what is possible these days. The other was the good, the bad, and the ugly of the different levels of gum disease. It was good to see that our office has been using most of the practices and tools recommended to care for most of these disease processes. A good meeting; a long drive home tonight.
