I am living a happy life right now. Surrounded by friends who love fitness, sunshine and healthy eating. A bunch of us joined a brand new gym walking distance to the condo with all sorts of hot classes. I have two friends who are fitness instructors: one who lives in the condos and teaches yoga poolside twice a week. (That's me on the left in this week's post!) Instead of happy hours, I'm joining friends for fitness classes. Last night six of us hung out with their doggies sipping wine and laughing. My whole central nervous system feels so much more at peace. I even planted a flower garden in front of my patio. Happy hump day!

Be careful, ladies and gents.

A Sugar Land plastic surgeon has been indicted on a charge accusing him of performing a surgery while intoxicated, police said.

Dr. Azul Shirazali Jaffer was charged with performing a surgery while intoxicated, a state jail felony, Sugar Land police said in a news release.

A Fort Bend County grand jury indicted Jaffer on Monday, and he was later arrested and booked into the Fort Bend County Jail, police said.
