Lorena works as a Medical Assistant at CLS Health, where she sets up exam rooms, triages patients by taking vitals and gathering medical history, and supports physicians across multiple specialties.

She enjoys collaborating with her team and learning something new every day. Her career at CLS has given her experience in Primary Care, Allergy, OB/GYN, Endocrinology, Nephrology, and Infectious Disease, fueling her passion for healthcare and motivating her to pursue further education to become an LVN.

Thao Hoang is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. She will be joining Dr. Motaz Ibrahim at CLS Health – Richmond, transitioning from the CLS Health Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Residency Program, where she further developed her clinical skills and commitment to patient care.

Her clinical interests include preventive care, women’s health, and the management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic health.

Thao focuses on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care that emphasizes education, shared decision-making, and preventive strategies to support long-term wellness. Salim serves as Chief Financial Officer at CLS Health, where he leads financial strategy, treasury, accounting, purchasing, and real estate. In his role, he focuses on strengthening the organization’s financial foundation while supporting sustainable growth and expansion.

Having joined CLS Health in 2016 as an Accountant, he has steadily advanced within the organization, holding several leadership roles before becoming CFO in 2026. His passion for turning numbers into meaningful insights guides strategic decisions and supports the company's long-term success.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, talking about life and sports, especially soccer, and continually challenging himself to grow. His dedication, leadership, and commitment to improvement make him a key part of the CLS Health team.

Great connecting with our community at the Senior Trade Show in Stafford.

We had the chance to meet with around 150 seniors and share information about the services available at our Sugar Land and Richmond clinics. Events like this give us the opportunity to answer questions, build relationships, and help connect our community with the care they need close to home.
