So freaking good at Country Place Cafe this morning! Chef Vic's usual perfect three egg omelette and cheese grits paired with his beautifully spicy Serrano sauce, plus crispy bacon & pork sausage. It was a feast!

A variation on my "usual" breakfast at the Country Place Cafe! This is their three egg omelette, customized with 'shrooms, diced tomatoes, spinach & pepper jack cheese, plus a double order of crispy bacon and an English muffin w Chef Victor's infamous mixed berry preserves. All excellent as usual!

Be sure to say hello to the usual suspects of friendly, fun, irreverent, crazy people: Kelly, Darien, Delaney, Rachelle & Victor. If you don't have a sense of humor when you arrive, they'll fix that! 🤪
