Worry has a way of slipping into the mind and convincing us that constant tension somehow protects us, yet it quietly drains the very strength we’re trying to hold onto—especially during the Christmas season. This time of year can stir pressure to meet expectations, carry family responsibilities, or create a perfect holiday, and that added stress often settles into the body before we even notice. In natural medicine, we gently remind clients that the body listens to every thought—softly, faithfully—and worry sends signals that tighten the muscles, burden the adrenals, and cloud the clarity God designed us to live with. Worry crowds out peace and steals the sweetness from the present moment. In fact, your body flourishes when you choose calm, steady trust over mental exhaustion. When you release worry, even a little at a time, the heart eases, the breath deepens, and your entire terrain responds with a quiet sense of renewal. Give your concerns back to the Creator, focus on what you can do, slow down, and provide your body with organic nourishment, sunshine, movement, distilled water, and prayer. In that gentle space, the season feels lighter, joy returns more freely, and you’re reminded once again that you were never meant to carry the weight of anxiety—during Christmas or any other time of year.

Christmas Blessings,

When someone says, “It’s a God thing!” they’re pointing to those beautiful moments when our Creator steps into our lives in ways we couldn’t have orchestrated ourselves. You feel it in the unexpected healing, the door that opens at the perfect time, the strength that rises up inside you when you thought you were running on empty. These moments remind us that we’re never walking alone. They’re little nudges from above showing that we have the all-knowing God of the Universe guiding the details, shaping the timing, and bringing people, resources, and solutions together in ways far beyond human planning. In natural health, I see this often—the body responding faster than anyone predicted, the right remedy showing up when it’s needed most, the peace that fills a room when someone finally releases fear. When you witness that kind of alignment, it’s only natural to smile, look up, and say, “It’s a God thing,” because you can sense that the hand of our Creator has moved, and everything inside you knows it.

This happened very unexpectedly today, and I looked up and said, Thank You, Heavenly Father! 🙌

Cast all your anxieties on HIM because HE cares for you.

The health of your body is deeply connected to the health of the soil that grows your food. Using harmful chemicals in agriculture disrupts the delicate balance of nature and compromises the nutrients and safety of the food we depend on. When we prioritize natural, toxin-free farming methods, we honor the intricate relationship between the earth and our well-being. By embracing sustainable practices, we can protect both the environment and our health, ensuring that future generations thrive on a foundation of pure, wholesome nourishment. It’s not just about food—it’s about the soil and life itself!

Winter Berry Salad Wreath w/ Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing

Prep time: 20 mins | Serves: 8
Ingredients: (always use organic when available)

1 head of Iceberg lettuce
4 cups mixed greens
1 cup spinach
2 bunches of grapes
1 apple (chopped)
1 Pear (chopped and sliced for decoration)
6 Strawberries (2 whole for decorating, the rest chopped)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup honey
1 Tbsp diced fresh onion
1 tsp dijon mustard (Grey Poupon is what I used)
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
2/3 cup olive oil

Instructions:

1. Place iceberg lettuce around a round plate.
2. Top with mixed greens.
3. On both sides of “wreath” make a decoration with spinach leaves, then add bunches of grapes to each side, fanned pears and whole strawberries. Be as creative as you wish.
4. To the salad, add chopped apples, pears, strawberries, blueberries, dried cranberries, cashews, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese.

For dressing: Squeeze the juice of one lemon (1/2 cup) and pour into a food processor or blender. Add honey, onion, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and olive oil. Pulse until well blended. (You may double the dressing recipe )

This quote speaks straight to the heart of discernment in a world that loves shortcuts and popularity contests. “Never be so thirsty that you drink from any cup put in front of you” reminds us that not every voice deserves space in our mind, and not every path deserves our steps. It’s easy to feel pressured to attach ourselves to those who already have a platform, hoping their influence will somehow make us more valuable. But when we do that, we risk trading our God-given calling for borrowed approval. Staying grounded means choosing carefully what you take in — the teachings you follow, the people you align with, and the motives you allow to shape your decisions. When your heart stays anchored in THE truth, you won’t feel tempted to sip from every cup placed in front of you.

Did you know that there’s a quiet strength that comes when you refuse to lower your standards just to fit in? Popularity may fade a bit, but integrity stays. God never asked us to echo the loudest voices in the room — He asked us to speak His truth with clarity, courage, and, most of all, love. And the reality is simple: if we’re not speaking God’s truth, we’re stepping into confusion and half-truths that eventually lead to deception. Don't speak God's name and truth if you don't believe it--He knows what you are doing. Holding firm to His Word keeps your voice steady and your purpose clean. So walk wisely, choose your influences with intention, and remember that your value comes from the One who formed you — not from the applause of the crowd. ❤️

When error is mixed with truth, it’s still a lie — and that’s why discernment matters so deeply. Let's face it, we live in a world where half-truths are readily accepted as the truth. This is a huge flaw that has become "acceptable," thereby wreaking havoc in our society as a whole. These half-truths often sound comforting or convenient, yet they quietly steer us away from what is honest and trustworthy. Misinformation is usually packaged in polished language, impressive credentials, popular personalities, and emotional persuasion. It can look “close enough” to the truth, which is why so many fall for it. But truth never needs manipulation. Truth stands on its own. So when something feels off or confusing, pause. Ask for proof. Ask for transparency. Do your own research. Ask who benefits. These gentle habits protect your mind, your health, and your peace while keeping you anchored in what is solid.

Staying grounded in truth becomes much easier when you cultivate a few simple practices. Compare what you’re hearing with what God says, with real-world evidence through research, and with people who have nothing to gain by misleading you. Pay attention to how something makes your spirit feel — truth brings clarity, while deception brings pressure or confusion. Notice contradictions. Look for hidden motives. And when the world tries to blur the lines, stand firm. You don’t need to argue or shout; you simply need to stay steady, wise, and awake. Choosing and speaking the truth — the whole truth — strengthens your ability to care for your health, your family's health, and the well-being of your life in general with confidence.

Standing for truth,
