Chickpeas in the air fryer are a great snack!

Rinse one can of chick peas, let sit out on towel for an hour to dry, put in air fryer at 375 for 18 min, shake and continue for 4 more min. Toss with a light sprinkle of olive oil and your favorite seasonings.

I used regular olive oil and my Himalayan Pink Salt grinder and Peppercorn Medley grinder. My friend used Tuscan Seasoned Olive Oil and some lemon, garlic, pepper seasoning, plus a bit of salt! I’ve heard that chipotle lime seasoning is great too! Get creative and enjoy 😋
