🚨 FDA Acts on Fluoride 🚨
The FDA has announced enforcement action to protect children by removing unapproved ingestible fluoride drug products from the market.
👉 Read the full statement on https://zurl.co/pGsdI
As always, the FDA moves slowly — but when it starts to restrict a product, a phase-out or full ban often follows.
We saw this same pattern in 2020, when the FDA cautioned against mercury amalgam use in pregnant women, children, and other vulnerable groups.
🧠 Key points from the FDA release:
🧾 Never Approved:
The FDA confirms it has never reviewed or approved these ingestible fluoride drug products for safety, effectiveness, or quality — even though they’ve been used since the 1940s. 🦷
🚫 Not for Little Ones:
Based on its latest review, the FDA advises these products should NOT be used in children under 3 — or in older kids who have only a low to moderate risk of tooth decay. 👶✨
🧠 Health Concerns Growing:
The agency also raised red flags about possible gut microbiome disruption and shared preliminary data linking fluoride exposure to lower IQ in children. 🧬💭

At IABDM, we view this as another step toward a toxic-free future in dentistry.
For decades, we’ve led the call for biological, non-toxic, whole-body-based care — and we’ll continue to educate, advocate, and support safer choices for both patients and practitioners. 💚

🧠💥 NEW STUDY ALERT: Dental Amalgams Raise Blood Mercury Levels in American Adults 🇺🇸
📚 Published: Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine, Oct 2025
👨🔬 Author: David A. Geier, PhD, Institute of Chronic Illnesses, Inc.
📊 This large-scale CDC NHANES analysis (representing 180 million U.S. adults) found that people with mercury amalgam (“silver”) fillings have significantly higher blood mercury levels than those without.
💉 Key Findings:
• Adults with amalgams had 1.3× higher total blood mercury and 1.33× higher inorganic mercury.
• The more amalgam surfaces, the higher the blood mercury.
• Mercury v***r from fillings moves through the bloodstream, reaching organs and tissues.
• Blood mercury rose in direct proportion to estimated daily v***r exposure.
⚠️ Mercury v***r is absorbed 80 % through the lungs, crosses the brain and placenta, and accumulates in tissues—posing long-term risks for the brain, immune, and reproductive systems.
🩺 Dr. Geier concludes:
“Every effort should be made to reduce or eliminate the continued use of amalgams.”
“Patients seeking to lower mercury levels should consult a dentist trained in safe amalgam removal.”
🌿 Modern, mercury-free dentistry isn’t just possible—it’s essential for public health and environmental safety. Let’s leave toxic fillings in the past!

🚨 BREAKING: Rhode Island Takes on Toxic Dental Mercury! 🦷⚠️
📣 Introducing the Providence Declaration for Mercury-Free Dentistry – a bold move to make RI the second U.S. state (after Florida ) to recommend the END of mercury-based “silver” fillings!
🧠💔 These fillings are actually 50% MERCURY – a neurotoxin that harms our:
🔹 Pregnant women, developing fetuses, children
🔹 Dental Workers
🔹 All humans
🔹 Rhode Island fresh water, Narragansett Bay & seafood 🐟🌊
🚫 Mercury has NO place in modern mouths.
✨ Who’s behind this movement?
Led by Consumers for Dental Choice 🙌
With fierce local leadership from members of IABDM's own team, Samantha Burnell, BRDH & Amanda Kirwin, BCDA – owners of Last Green Valley Dental Consulting 🌿
🌍 This announcement aligns with the Minamata Convention on Mercury happening NOW in Geneva – where countries are pushing for a global phase-out of mercury in dentistry. It is way past time to end these dated and harmful practices. Once we end the continued use of it, then we focus on mitigating the exposure from the millions of amalgam fillings in peoples mouths from this legacy contaminate.
💡 Mercury-free dentistry is:
✔️ Safer
✔️ Tooth-friendly
✔️ Environmentally responsible
✔️ A social justice issue
Let’s protect RI’s people, wildlife, and future generations 💪💚
📢 Take Action:
✅ Ask your dentist about mercury-free options
✅ Support policies that phase out toxic fillings
✅ SHARE this post to spread awareness!
