RUN for the ROSE update:
Hello Wonderful Volunteers-
Thank you all for signing up to volunteer this weekend with the 11th Annual Run for the Rose. We are thrilled to have a great group of volunteers help with our biggest race yet. Each year we grow and grow, and we realize we could not do this without your help. So a big thank you in advance.
As promised, I've attached all the information you will need for this weekend. Please see the attached parking map which shows which gates you may enter through, which lots to park in, and which streets are closed off. PLEASE pay close attention to this map and only park in these designated areas.
The volunteer sign up table will be located next to registration in Coca Cola Plaza by Reliant Stadium. If you have participated or volunteered in years past, we are in the same location each year.
Please arrive between 6:30 - 6:45 am on Sunday, April 14th. After you park, you will check in with me at the volunteer table, pick up your volunteer shirt, and I will provide your assignment and location for volunteer shift.
If you need a volunteer sheet signed for volunteer credit hours, I can sign your existing sheet or will give you one that we have available. Please don't forget to have it signed at arrival because it may be difficult to find me once the race begins.
You should be done by 10am, however, we welcome all volunteers to stay and help with post race clean up if you would like!
If you signed up for Saturday set up, I will send a separate email with those times and map. If you didn't sign up for Saturday but are interested, please let me know.
If for some reason I have your name on this list in error, or you are no longer able to volunteer, please let me know as soon as possible.
