🌟 Stay Strong, Stay Independent

As we get older, one of the most important things for independence is being able to get up from the ground safely and confidently.

💡 Think about it:
👵 Playing with grandkids
🌱 Gardening or enjoying hobbies
🛋️ Picking something up at home
🚶 Or even recovering from a fall

👉 If it’s hard to rise from the floor, everyday activities can feel intimidating — but the good news is, you can train for this!

One of my favorite exercises for active seniors is the Split Squat with Hand Stabilization:
✅ Builds strength in the legs and hips
✅ Improves balance and confidence
✅ Trains the exact motion you use to stand up from the ground

This isn’t just “exercise” — it’s practicing independence. When you stay strong, you stay free to do the things you love.
