We had a wonderful time on Saturday, with the Ayurveda Circle & Cooking class. Thank you to all who attended the event, we loved having you.

Our next event will be an open house on 10th January 2026,
9am - 2pm.

After 15 years Sunita will be stepping back as the Houston Ayurveda Center's director. She will be passing the baton to Goral Trivedi. Sunita will continue to see clients but will be less involved in the day to day running of the center. Please welcome Goral in her new role.

In addition, the center will be moving to Pearland next year. The old location will remain open until mid-January 2026.
