Our Mission: Ephesians 6:10 “Be Strong in the Lord, and Mighty in His Power”
Welcome! and thank you for being here and taking an interest in getting to know more about our ministry. Faith Moves Women’s Fitness Ministry is devoted to helping women in and around our communities to become healthy in heart, mind, soul and strength. We use fitness as a tool to celebrate the “whole” -istic health and awareness, by training and supporting other’s to be rooted in power, love and freedom in the Christian faith.
We welcome ALL women of all ages and stages of life, and look forward to collaborating with the different gifts, talent’s, uniqueness of styles, fitness levels, and purposes for God’s Kingdom that is to Come!
