It became easier to get results - without willpower, hunger or cravings. Now that I have lived at my “happy” weight for many years, I can offer hope. My challenges became my purpose and I am passionate to empower others. No matter how many times you have tried, you can change the trajectory of your health and life!! Yes, of course, you have doubts, but you are determined to:

— Increase energy to work and play
— Shop for and wear fun clothes

1. Create a new orientation and mindset (motivation and willpower won't last)
2. Create an easy eating plan (reduce hunger or cravings)
3. Create a strategy to thrive (it’s sustainable!)

Happy 10th Birthday Prince!!! 🥳🎂🎁It’s unbelievable how much fun, sweetness, joy and exhuberance can fit in 14 pounds. The world is a better place with him in it!! We couldn’t love him more!! ❤❤❤

Coach Palace 😍 So proud of my girl and her Alpharetta High Flag football team.

Andy and I spent years watching her play softball, soccer, basketball, run track and throw discus. Great memories!

Now we get to watch her coach her team!! 💪🏻🏈 Tonight at Alpharetta they play Roswell and Woodstock. Cant wait! 🙌Go Raiders!
