Andrew Ginsberg MD -was born November 1994 in Memorial Hermann Hospital(yes my water broke while I was seeing patients). As his mom -an OB/GYN, I then spent 25 years delivering babies at Memorial Hermann and remain a member of the hospital staff to this day . Andy, you spent many an hour with the wonderful nurses and the ward clerks, who were amazing watching you when I had to do middle of the night, emergency C-sections. The journey not always easy but Andy -now graduating from his emergency medicine residency is COMING HOME- 31 years later-to do his critical care fellowship back at Memorial Hermann Hospital. I believe Disney had it right when they talked about the circle of life!! So proud of you, Andy- and I do believe I’m getting old!!❤️❤️

Family run- always grateful for health and friends! Dougie 3rd overall-(5:30 mile) and I was 3rd AG (7:58mile). Age tries to hold me down- but never wins! Happy and Healthy TG!

A complete honor to be on this podcast-they always say endurance athletes keep racing to show the world that absolutely nothing can kill them! Spartan Race Cat Springs! Building mind and body. 60 and strong! Raced the Spartan Super and Spartan sprint to just practice on the obstacles while getting in 9 mile run. Doug and Sam Sann fought with me in the mud, the freezing cold and the climbing and swinging obstacles for an amazing Sunday. It is incredible what you can do if you put your mind to it! Age is just a number- and don’t forget to Smile!!!

Never too old to Tame the Beast! Raced the Spartan Beast in Phoenix- half marathon 30 obstacles. 1 in AG- 60 and up! Never too old to reach for the stars! Thank you for building my strength and Sam Sann for your never ending support as you make me strong in mind and body. Big shout out to Jennifer - Yes I Can! Could not complete some obstacles and ran the penalty loop- not a failure just learning every day where I have to be stronger- Perfect Metaphor for Life! ‼️
