TBI Diagnostic Testing Coming Soon

Performance Pain & Sports Medicine is preparing to introduce advanced Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) diagnostic testing to better support patients experiencing symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, memory issues, balance problems, or lingering effects from past injuries.

This week, our team completed specialized training in the following evidence-based tools:

• Quantitative EEG (qEEG) & Neurocognitive Assessments (ERP):
Used to measure brainwave abnormalities and cognitive deficits consistent with TBI. These tests are supported by the American Academy of Neurology and widely used in neurodiagnostic protocols.

• Vestibular and Ocular Motor Screening (VOMS):
Screens for dysfunction in the vestibular (balance and spatial orientation) and oculomotor (eye movement) systems to help identify symptom patterns often linked to TBI.
