Monday blues 😴 Haven’t had no energy last couple of days.. guess what I am reaching for?! My coffee scrub that’s infused with coffee essential oil. ☕️

* Enhance immune system

Is my go-to at the moment, it’s easy & fast. Just take 2 tbs of coconut oil or shea butter & add 2 drops of any of the essential oils mentioned above. 👆🏽 Massage down the back/Spine , chest &/or bottoms of feet. Once or twice per day is okay.
