This weekend, our ABA leadership and technician team came together for continued professional development, strengthening how we support individuals with autism across the lifespan. From navigating the transition into adulthood, to delivering trauma-informed care, to learner-centered approaches, to prioritizing the wellness of our therapists, we are always learning, evolving, and strengthening our neurodivergent affirming approach.
Why does this matter? Because high-quality ABA therapy goes beyond programs, it’s compassionate, evidence-based, individualized, and sustainable for both our learners and the team supporting them.
