David brings more than 25 years of operations leadership experience across complex, multi-site, and highly regulated environments. His background in building disciplined operating models, strengthening safety performance, and leading at a national scale aligns directly with our mission to protect public health through safe, compliant, and reliable medical waste management.

As Sharps, led by CEO Kerry Jones, continues to expand nationwide, maintaining operational consistency, ensuring regulatory excellence, and prioritizing workforce safety remain central to how we serve healthcare providers and the communities that rely on them. David’s leadership will play a key role in supporting that responsibility.
