Until Hurricane Harvey hit Houston, Memorial Pediatric Therapy Associates, PC had offered Speech and Occupational Therapy services in Houston, TX for almost 13 years. Things have changed and I embrace this change. This company is now a company of one, me, Dawn M. Forsmith, OTR/L, MOT. I provide occupational therapy services within the home, Monday Friday.
