Rising from the familiar grounds of a former shopping center, a place his grandmother once cherished, this project beautifully intertwines personal history with a profound commitment to social good.
This modern complex boasts 143 thoughtfully designed apartments, with a significant 25 units specifically allocated to providing homeless youth with a foundation of safety, stability, and a chance at a brighter future. Nestled close to Center Hill Park in northwest Atlanta, Intrada Westside is poised to unlock affordable housing and new opportunities for low-income families, first-time renters, and vulnerable young individuals.
