Sama Sadhana returns January 2026! ✨

Ten days. Nine SmartFLOW Movement Principles. An intensive SmartFLOW deep dive where you will advance your own practice and become a more sensitive, intelligent teacher.

This training only runs every few years. The next round will not return until 2027, so this is the window to take it!

What to expect:
• Strong morning practices
• Technique labs
• Hands on assisting
• Thoughtful discussion
• Exploration of alignment, sequencing and mindful embodiment
• Recordings available for 30 days

This training counts as 75 hours toward your Advanced SmartFLOW 300-hour training or as CEUs.

Attendance options are flexible. You can join in person , live on Zoom, or follow along with the recordings. Space at Nest Yoga is limited, so early registration is a good idea if you want to join in person.
