Vanilla Salted Date Caramel Smoothie
Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Refined Sugar-Free
3 Pitted Medjool Dates
1 small frozen banana
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1-2 tbsp peanut/nut butter
3/4 cup ice
splash of vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
optional: granola for topping
DIRECTIONS:
Add the pitted dates and milk to a blender and blend until the dates are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until evenly combined.
Optional: smear a little peanut butter around the inside of your glass, pour in the smoothie and enjoy!
