Been a little busy!! Who else has been through the mold nightmare?

Major update: Mold Remediation starts
THIS MONDAY!!!

We are so excited and ready to put this past us!
Will we continually be maintaining the house and finding places to fix? Of course, but we will be taking care of it on our own and quickly. It's been a long 26 year ride with chronic illness and the Lord has blessed us with so much knowledge, strength, patience and resilience. Thankful for opportunities to help others find the root cause of their illnesses due to our experience.

How fitting that this is exactly 4 yrs ago yesterday, and we are wondering now if we will lose any furniture AGAIN this go-round. I think we ended up throwing away 3 dumpsters full of our furniture and belongings, plus all the rest we had to quickly put in storage due to time.

I had way too much sugar yesterday while traveling. My body felt it, big time. Walking tonight was good for the soul as well as for the body. New location did not disappoint! Followed up with a magnesium soak in the tub and I feel like a new woman! From pain to relaxed without pain. I'll take it. ❤️

👩‍❤️‍👨 ☕️Hubby took me to a new place today for brunch!
🤗 When ordering a coffee, ask for half and half milk or heavy whipping cream so that there's no added sugars. Then use monkfruit (my choice), organic stevia or coconut sugar to sweeten. Pure monkfruit is in a small enough container that you can pack it easily in your purse!
🤢This coffee irritated my stomach a bit, so I'm guessing it wasn't organic and/or was too acidic. Perhaps I should've asked for a little sprinkle of baking soda to it, but it sure was purty! ;)

For mental wellness and a happy marriage, have a consistent, scheduled date night and make it a priority! Take a break from the kids if you have them and get re-connected. We are at that stage where they can be left alone for a few hours, even if we get lots of calls. ;) It's totally worth it cause one day it's just gonna be the two of you, staring at each other, trying not to get on each other's nerves 😅
