PLAY is the best way to elicit language! Get on the child’s level and follow their lead. Little ones shouldn’t sit at a table a be drilled- but you need to fill their love tank with fun activities. Further, if a child has a positive experience during therapeutic activities, they’re more likely retain and use what they’ve learned. We are loving our sensory gym and our excellent, playful therapist! 🫧🧸🚂🪀🪁🐮😄

This lovely lady lives with ataxia caused by paraneoplastic syndrome, which happens to 1% of cancer patients. She wanted to share her story to spread awareness of ataxia and PNS. It is such a blessing for us to be part of her journey!
