Sometimes we convince ourselves we’re missing something.

More motivation.

More ideal circumstances.

But this verse reminds us of something powerful:

God is able to supply what’s needed
for the work He’s called us to.

At the right time.

That includes how we steward our health…
how we care for our bodies…
and how we show up each day.

Because it’s all good work.
And He wants us to excel in it.

You don’t need the whole staircase today.
Just the next step.
The next best choice.

Strength to move your body.
Wisdom to fuel it well.
Grace to stay consistent.

So maybe the real question today is:

What have I been telling myself I “don’t have enough of?

Last year, I almost said no.

It was the very first MAKE conference… and I was unsure.

I didn’t know a single person.
Not one — other than a few familiar faces from social media.

I remember thinking…
Will I feel out of place?
Will this be awkward?
Is this even worth it?

But here’s what I’ve learned:

Saying yes to God isn’t about being sure.
It’s about being obedient.

So I went.

And God met me there.

Not just in the sessions… but in the people.

I met men and women who were faith-driven, growth-minded, and bold in what they believe.
Women who spoke life into me.
Women who saw leadership in me when I was still stretching into it.

And the part that still amazes me?

We stayed connected.

All year.

Check-ins.
Encouragement.
Prayer.
Collaboration.
And dare I say… real friendship.

I went from knowing no one…
to going back this year to meet friends.

And make new ones.

That’s what happens when you get in the right room.

You don’t just gain information.
You gain alignment.
You gain courage.
You gain community.

Iron sharpens iron. And sometimes the breakthrough isn’t in striving harder — it’s in surrounding yourself with people who believe in you and remind you who you are in Christ.

You’ve probably been hearing the word “peptides” everywhere lately…

And I’ll be honest — I was skeptical at first.

Because I wasn’t looking for hype.
I was looking for answers.

I was doing the workouts.
Eating well.
Staying consistent.

But in perimenopause,
my body started responding differently.

I was gaining weight without changing anything.
My joints hurt constantly.
Little things turned into nagging injuries.
And my energy just wasn’t there the way it used to be.

It was frustrating — especially when I knew my habits were aligned.
I was doing all the “right things.”

What I didn’t realize at the time is that
not all peptides are created equal…

For years, the only way people talked about getting real peptide support was through injections.
Synthetic versions.
Aggressive delivery.
And personally, that never felt aligned with how I wanted to steward my health.
