Our Angel's Journey

There is so much going on in our lives. Angel keep’s aging!!! Woot,woot!! 😁🙏🏽She has over come mountains and steep valleys and so many, many nights of darkness.
But through it all God, sustains us! And we are only growing in faith and healing. Cancer ravaged our life when she was diagnosed and getting treatment. So much so that it tore our family of 6 apart. Dad went his way and my beloved son stayed with him. And my girls stayed with me.
♥️ Angel had been so sick, that all my attention was on her health and care. Much has happened. From cataract removals in both eyes, to transplanting both lendes . Also the surgery in her kidneys. She sees many specialists and her medical diagnosis just continue to be complex.
We are thankful for everyday we have each other. Life is so fragile. Appreciate it. It’s ok to ask for help. Taking it one day at a time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

17 and still fighting the good fight. Asking for prayers. She’s still in remission but continues to fight to live. Has numerous specialist and several appointments. Please keep praying for her!! Thank you all.

Asking for prayers . This situation is very difficult. Last night her Bp shot up and her heart rate did too. So they then came in and manually pushed a whole bag of fluid into her vein, causing it to blow. Which in return she needed a new IV.
After that she had really bad diarrhea. And the nurse acted as if she was not gonna clean it. I had to clean and make her bed while giving Angel a bath. Her glucose is really high, they can’t control it and her kidney function is still not back to normal. We need a miracle. For healing, wholeness and and my finances . I’ve been outta work while she’s been this sick. All side effects from having to receive chemotherapy/ radiation to live. Please pray for her mental health also . Blessings to all of you.

Yesterday we celebrated with family! Which was really nice and special. There was an abundance of love, laughter and food. We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. But today we have to have surgery to try and save Angel’s left kidney. Asking for prayers as this is the second surgery to try and repair her kidney!!

This year we have been dealing with her CKD, one of them is showing signs of atrophy and blockage.
She needs surgery. Please keep her in your prayers awaiting a miracle .

We spent all morning in ER and then we’re discharged to go to p*p for follow up and increase in pain meds and pt will soon follow. She had pain in her limbs all night from spasms and contorting of her feet and hands . We were told it’s rheumatoid arthritis.She’s been having so many issues. But we’re believing in God for complete healing.

Meet Beads of Courage member Hattie! This brave little warrior was diagnosed with leukemia at just 9 months of age. She underwent chemotherapy, radiation and a bone marrow transplant, and started receiving beads from her very first day in the hospital.

Now in kindergarten, Hattie used her Beads of Courage for her 100th Day of School display. Her mom shares, "She counted out 100 beads and talked about the meaning of each with her class." She was also dressed as a 100-year-old lady! ❤️
