My girlfriends son is going to the Baseball World Series for his travel team. I have offered up a Free LTC (License to Carry) class. Range fee will be covered. In addition a friend of mine has offered his services to train a winner in a separate drawing in Basic CPR, First Aid and AED(You will receive your cert from the American Red Cross at the end of the class). To say I HATE leg day is a huge understatement!!! My knee injury is always in the back of my mind! I know it's a necessity for growing and symmetry, but dam does it suck!! Who else hates leg day?
