10-days my sites are down. Escalated over a week ago. Broken promises everyday. Been hosting here 17-years. This is NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT LONG TERM LOYAL CUSTOMERS. Callbacks promised. No callbacks. Call in and put on hold and that's the end of the call. Unless I'm supposed to wait on hold 1/2 hour with no one checking in. HORRIBLE!!!

MY SITES ARE DOWN. Been down for almost a week. Support call last week tells me my webspace was lost, the issue was escalated and I was told I would hear back by email or phone within 24-hours. NO CALL NO EMAIL. Called again 2 days later and told the same thing. NOTHING CHANGED, SITES STILL DOWN and NO CALL NO EMAIL. Called today, put on hold and after 15-minutes on hold, call dropped. Called back, no answer. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Three businesses running on these sites and down for an hour is no good, let alone down for a week. GET THIS TOGETHER. I NEED MY SITES BACK UP!!!!!
