Have you seen a TENS Machine before??

A Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) machine is a method for pain relief that uses 4 electrode pads on your back to send mild electrical impulses through the skin. The idea is the electrical impulses can reduce the pain signals going to the spinal cord and brain, which may help relieve pain and relax muscles. They also encourage the production of endorphins, which are the body's natural painkillers.

People who I’ve spoken to who have used the TENS say it helped them cope with labor and would use again if they had the option.
