Growing Up in America is Children At Risk's weekly radio show produced by KPFT Pacifica Radio and aired live from 3-4 PM CST every Monday. The show features weekly discussions on the status of American children, public policy, and politics. Segments in the show include Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down, where our hosts and callers weigh in on controversial topics; Hot Topic, where we discuss a noteworthy story in the news; and Data Head, where an expert calls in to explain an indicator related to the status of our nation's kids.
