For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, here’s your reminder to:

1. Check your body once a month
2. Notice any new lumps, swelling, or skin changes
3. Schedule your annual physical or breast exam
4. Support your loved ones to do the same

It’s important to know your body and take charge of your health. Take 5 minutes to learn how to perform a breast self-exam and get familiar with what’s normal for your body!
