Self Care Sundays

My self care is so instrumental in managing my symptoms. The infrared sauna blanket has been a main staple of mine in the past 6 months. It reduces my pain , helps me have better sleep, decreases fatigue sometimes and , believe it or not, make my dry skin moist :) highly recommend 😊

With things starting to reopen, we are all working to build back up into our routine, what are the areas you struggling with the most : exercise/movement, nutrition, shaking off the extra layer of stress we have been under , drinking your water, taking your supplements ? You know those moments where you are missing an ingredient so u normally wouldn’t make it ? In these times , it’s not so easy or is impossible to hop out to the grocery store for a missing ingredient. Sometimes, this can be an accidental opportunity. I didn’t want to give up on having fish tacos 🌮 so I looked in my fridge with no tortillas and found this rainbow chard. It ended up being a great and hearty vessel that was crunch and tasty - another happy accident that was a healthier option :) So I challenge you to take stock next time you are cooking and widen your lens to what you have and create a new recipe or meal 🥘 👌🏻
