Johnathan has been deceased for almost 11 years now. This was sent to my home addressed to him. I did send some of the info ( pictures ) to the agency handling his case, but made a call to that agency and spoke to someone different. I told them that someone had called and left a message with a reference number…. I called and told them he has been deceased for over 10 years and that they could contact Bastrop County Sheriff’s Dept to verify and they could also check with the Texas Dept of Vital Statistics to verify but only after the woman told me what Johnathan’s birthdate was ( it was accurate ). You see in the message the woman left she stated they would come to Johnathan’s home and if he couldn’t be found there that they would go to his place of employment. ( I wish they’d send someone to my house looking for Johnathan )!!!! Anyway the man that I spoke to with the Bastrop County Sheriff’s Dept was really nice, and he understood each thing I talked to him about ( or he acted like he understood ). He also told me that the message and call were probably bogus ( and it very well may have been ). But I told him about this letter and that I do not believe it’s bogus! That there is someone or several someone’s using Johnathan’s information. Notice there are no dates that would determine whether all this mess occurred before or after Johnathan was deceased 🤷♀️
Do these documents marked Official Business on the outside of the envelope appear to be bogus to you?
Anyway, I sent an email to the investigator on the case and got no response or acknowledgment……. as usual. The man I talked to suggested I send the email and he would check into it…… so far no response from him either.
