Its that time of the year that people get less activity and eat more food! It doesnt have to be an all or nothing mentality, where we eat and drink way more than we should right up until Jan 1!
I am not perfect, by any means, but what I practice now is a lifestyle. I will take advantage of eating opportunities, during the holidays, that I truly want. I will enjoy them and then get right back on track, not wait til Jan 1. I know now how it feels to have energy and be in decent shape.
