Follows the plan of care to help the client to maintain good personal hygiene and maintain a healthful safe environment, is to perform the functions specified for each individual client.

a. Medication reminders and opening containers for the client
b. Housekeeping
c. Personal grooming and dressing
d. Meal preparation
e. Oral hygiene and denture care
f. Toileting and Bathing assistance
g. Arranging for medical and dental care including transportation to and from the appointment
h. Taking and recording oral temperatures, BP, HR, Glucose level, as client need.
i. Administering emergency first aid if needed
j. Provide or arrange activities for social interaction
k. Provide transportation

Requirements:
Must have a valid CNA Certification, licensed by the State of Texas
Must have a valid CPR & First Aid Certification
Must have a valid Drivers license
Must have transportation and car insurance
At least have 2 year of experience
Have a clean Background
