Dr. Heather Vinet Jones at Scientifically Natural was our host and guest speaker at our monthly networking meeting in March. We all learned so much from her. These are often labeled “heart healthy”… but many health practitioners are starting to question that narrative.

👉 Easily oxidized (especially with heat + sun exposure)

Some of the most common ones to watch for:
