The summer of 2024 is gearing up to be an exciting season for young athletes in Houston, Texas, as Fighting Fit announces its Youth Boxing Program. Hosted at the prestigious Allen Sports Complex, this program promises an immersive experience into the world of boxing, blending discipline and technique with the sheer joy of sport.

Open to participants of various skill levels, the program is not just about learning how to throw a punch; it’s about building character, enhancing physical fitness, and fostering a sense of camaraderie among young athletes.
Upon registration, which is due by May 10th, participants will be well-equipped to step into the ring, receiving a starter kit that includes hand wraps, a water bottle, a T-shirt, and a jump rope.

The program is designed to be comprehensive, covering the fundamentals of boxing technique, the importance of discipline in and out of the ring, and the value of hard work. Beyond boxing, the program aims to support participants’ interests in other sports, promoting a well-rounded approach to physical fitness and athleticism.
